Still waiting for goods ordered in Novembe

On 20 November 2012 I had placed an order for 2 items, I received a tracking number and all relevant documentation, order number 100003093. Upon collecting my parcel I had seen that the incorrect items were received. I had contacted RubyBox to notify them and was told that the correct items would be sent.

It is now 17 January 2013, almost 2 months after... and I STILL DONT HAVE THE CORRECT ITEMS... Every time I call someone tells me that they will send it and I still have nothing... I have also been asking for a tracking number and still nothing...

I have never had such a bad experience with RubyBox at all and this is the first and I am really dissapointed.

When will I receive my correct order and when will I receive the tracking number...???
