Raspberry Ketone

I received various emails advertising this wonderful fatburning product. So after being harassed by all the emails, I ordered 3 bottles of Raspberry Ketone on 20 November 2013 on the internet and paid in full (R866.46). I received an email message confirming my order number (288090) and ensuring delivery within one week. I have phoned them once - they again promised delivery within the following week. I followed up with about 20 emails. Still no delivery...
The latest story now is that it is delayed by customs and that i need to phone them and find out. I am totally sure that this is a - taking people's money with no product to deliver. I emailed them that i want my money back - NO REPLY...
