They didnt refund my money 1100 rand

I ordered a perfume for my girlfriend in 02.12.2013 and have not been delivered.
They demanded confirmation of my credit card. Here's their answer.
Thank you for your email. Please provide me with the following documentation. Copy of your identity document. Credit card details (back and front of the card). In order to do the delivery we will need the above documentation first. Kind regards. Zainab
At this point Ithought that they want clean up my account. So I canceled the transactions and asked for a refund.
Here is their answer.
Thank you for your response. We will not be refunding you. You will need to call your bank and have them do a charge back to your account again. Kind regards. Zainab
Now Im trying to regain the money through my bank. It takes a long time and Im not sure if I will get back money.
THATS INCOMPETENT COMPANY DONT BELIEVE THERE ADVERTISING
