NO ANSWER at call centre - rude call centre agents

FNB credit card deparment deducted funds from my cheque account for a credit card illegally!!!

I was asked to send them documentation and they would refund the money. I have been trying to follow up on the refund but have not been able to get hold of anyone at the legal department. FNB is very quick to take the funds but when it comes to refunding... its a different story.

I have 6 different numbers for the call centre and every number goes to voicemail, even the so called manager. I tried choosing one of the other options when phoning the call centre and was only treated like a piece of garbage.

Can anyone from the legal department contact me!!
