So i ordered (100977597) a item online and then i was told that item can only be delivered on the 20th Jan 2014 and it was for xmas, so i then requested order to be cancelled on 23rd December 2013 and request refund, this was "DONE" it is now the 06 Jan and i called again to follow up on refund and i was told that the refund request was only put through on the 31st December 2013 now i have to wait till the 8th of Jan 2014 for my refund, i hate the fact that i have to run after them for my money when they so quick to take it.
