Deducted money X 2 for an order - no refund

On Sunday I contacted Mr Deliver. Call was automatically transferred to the call centre as my branch (Boksburg) didn't answer. Agent took my order and said she would call it through to the branch. They will call back to verify my order and credit card details. 1/2 hour later no one called so I called again. TOLD the agent I have spoken to the call centre and repeated my order with her and gave her my credit card details. End result - the order was put through twice (Boksburg and Bedfordview) branch. I am ordered to take both orders. I explain - send back the one driver with the food and refuse to take both orders since I did not make the mistake the CALL CENTRE did. They then illegally used my credit card details at the Bedford branch and took money off my account even though I already paid for my order at the Boksburg branch!!! UP to today no refund even though the manager told me they will refund it within 24 hours. They essential commited since they used my credit card without my permission! Phathetic - I will NEVER USE them again. R 360 is not small change.
