The rudest boss I have ever seen in my life!!

I went into the printing store this last Sunday (01-12-2013) to get some printing done, she then requested a gentleman from the front to walk with her to the back of the shop, after that I heard her screaming profanities like a wild ox at him about a poster he forgot to put up, also threatening him with his job. This is not the first time this has happened, I have heard her rants to employees numerous times at Indigo as well as her other shop, the Foot spa. I am a regular client at both these shops, and will not return ever again due to this crazy woman. I refuse to support a company that treats its staff like dirt.
