I bought flowers for my anniversary to be delivered on to my wife's work on 25 november by 12. The flowers was never delivered. I phoned and the tele consultant gave me a long story about their delivery procedures. I asked for a refund and for a manger to phone me back.
Thus far I have not received any feedback or an apology. Pathetic service.
