Deducting Money when I have not ordered anything

I ordered on Rubybox in June and since september they have been taking money off for 3 boxes and sent me these boxes when I haven't ordered them! I have a sick child who needs medication at home and can't afford to have money taken off my account!

Rubybox you need to rectify this urgently!!!
