Ruined Two Valentine's Days in a row - NEVER AGAIN

NetFlorist has ruined Valentine's Day for myself and my special lady two years running. Last year when they failed to deliver the order, a lady helped us out and was extremely apologetic and professional in how she managed the damage control. As such, i thought i would use them again this year and give them the benefit of the doubt. BIG MISTAKE!!!

I placed my order 2 weeks prior to the date of delivery with specific instructions that after last year, i wanted it delivered on time. It wasn't!! As a result of their poor planning and all round incompetence, my partner went without something that she was looking forward to, and more importantly, that i had ordered, paid for, and promised her.

I am reliant on such organisations because i am overseas, so when i place an order with a company that says it delivers flowers and gifts TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE and my money is instantly taken, i expect delivery.

High volumes for Valentine's day are not a surprise for a florist, it is an expectation. Why do they not get extra staff on for that day?? Are they so incompetent that they cannot foresee this??
