I have been unfortunate to be with Amobia for 9 months at least. It has always been a relatively good service.
During the last month it suddenly stopped being good.
I have been down more in 40 days than in a year with Telkom.
I specifically chose to move because of the upload speed. Now it seems this is gone.
When phoning the call center you get assistance, however they always assume it is your fault. I have been patient with them up to now.
First the sales person I dealt with was BAD. He took my details wrong, even gave it to him a couple of times. I never received a statement because of that reason.
I have asked out of desperation to speak to a manager, seems that is also too much to ask. They put me through to a tech that has to go ask his "senior" for answers.
When the line was installed the person told me they will have a 4 mb line available within 3-4 months. 9 months later... nothing.
Good one guys now we know why you are staying this size.
If you advertise something be prepared to deliver.
I am tired of spending money on something that is useless and might cause me my job. I am a home based worker and it was explained to them from the start. They promised over 98%
