BidorBuy restriction of my account - unnecessary, uncalled for and unprofessional in light of their responses I have sold many a dresses on BOB and though you can never keep every customer happy which I strive to do; I have a very good rating on BOB On Mon, 30 Sep 13 I received an e-mail from Michelle Swanepoel of BOB stating that I needed to provide an address as a buyer wanted to send a dress back. E-mails were then sent between us wherein I explained why the client cannot merely expect or receive a refund. On Mon, 21 Oct from Michelle; Please be advised that according to the consumer protection act, You need to refund buyer in full with all the shipping fees paid for the item to be sent to the buyer and shipping she paid to send the item back to you. You also need to refund buyer the whole amount at once. Please advise when the refund will be done and email me a proof of payment." On Tue, 22 Oct and Wed, 23 Oct 2013 Michelle sent the same e-mail as above. I was merely told I am wrong and must refund the buyer. On Thu 24 Oct from Michelle, If no feedback within 48 hours I will have to restrict your account until matter CANNOT FITT THE FULL COMPLAINT PLS CONTACT BY EMAIL
