Dear Sirs,

I sold and item through bid or buy and after a few days realised the payment has not taken place. I received an email a few days later and days later stating they need my ID documents and driving license. I phoned immediately after the email was send the documents off immediately. Only to be told by Atti Pinto sorry payments of documents only received before 9h00 will be processed today. The email from Bidorbuy was send at 8h53!!! I called and asked if there is any way I can be accommodated and Atti rudely argued with me and state there is nothing he can do for me. I called the buyer and he is also very upset about the situation. I asked to speak to Atti's manager as he was in no way motivated to help me whatsoever simply shrugged his shoulders and continue being rude. I ask him if his manager can call me back urgently he simply said today some time. Shocked this is the level of service. I am now so disappointed that I used this service no other service of selling goods online has treated or caused so much drama to get a pay out done.
