Dear BOB

Now I see the reason why you have so many bad and negative listings on this site. The reason for my complaint is on order 6722248.

The buyer bought the phone from me in working order. A week later the buyer complained the phone does not come on anymore. This is a second hand item and no warranty or guarantee was listed on the selling of this item. To help the buyer I asked him to return the item and I will have my technician have a look at the item and see what the problem is. Even after he could not find the problem I took it to I store for the to look at the problem They told me the phone cant be fixed as they cant find the problem.

I have done all I could to assist this buyer now what does bid or buy do. They restrict my account and make it my problem. BOB please send your staff on training or get people that's got some form of integrity as Atti does not have neither. I cant be held responsible for something damaged by the client that was in 100% working order.

I have been buying and trading on your site for years now but will not spend a single cent on your site until this have been resolved

I am also not the first complaining about the professional personel
