I requested a payout on Wednesday (21 August), before 9am, after which I received and an email that bidorbuy needed some documentation. I immediately supplied bidorbuy with this documentation via email and asked them to confirm with me when they have received it. This did not happen, they never once contacted me in regards to this issue.
I contacted them via phone on the 21, 22 and 23 August and spoke to Bennet, who assured me each time that the payment would be made, which turned out to be blatant.
On Saturday (24 Aug) I called them again and spoke to Claudia, who accused me of attacking her. Completely untrue and they can listen to the recordings.
I asked to speak to a manager, but there was no manager working on Saturday, but she did get hold of him via private number and he told her the issue can only be resolved on Monday.
I am not an unreasonable person, but being to 3 different times really got my blood boiling.
It blows my mind that bidorbuy can treat its customer with such disregard, to them, falsely accuse them and just show a complete lack of interest in resolving an issue.
