BidorBuy payout error for 1 month and no response

Since 11/04/13 I have received an error upon a payout request. Roughly 17 days ago via BidorBuy's Live Support I was told that this is due to a chargeback. BidorBuy was emailed on 24/04/13 to request an update and no reply has been received. On 30/04/13 via Live Support was informed to call the account's department since more than two weeks had passed. On 3/05/13 I called and was told that BidorBuy would get back to me via email. No email has yet been received.
It has almost been a month since the error. It is unethical of BidorBuy to prevent a seller from making a payout of their funds without informing that BidorBuy is doing so. It is also poor service that BidorBuy has secretly prevented payouts without informing the customer. It currently appears that if BidorBuy wishes so, the investigation could continue indefinitely.
I am a student and use BidorBuy to fund my living expenses. Moreover I have won a bursary to a business course in Holland in June and at this moment cannot pay for the flight ticket because BidorBuy is preventing a payout. Please resolve this investigation or withhold the funds being investigated so that the remaining may be paid out.
