I won an action on the 26th December 2013 and paid the seller with bobPay EFT within an hour. The seller was unhappy being paid through bobPay and asked to rather cancel the deal which in itself is unacceptable as the sale has taken place and the monies paid through the correct channels, however I agreed to the cancellation and phoned bidorbuy who assured me I would be refunded. I received an email on the 3rd of January 2014 telling me to complete an online request for payment which I did immediately. On the 09th of January I phoned to find out what is happening, to be told the deposit was returned as my banking detail is incorrect, I checked the banking detail with the person I spoke to and it is all correct however I was assured I will receive my refund immediately. Today is the 11th January 2014 and still no refund this is 16 days after winning an action in which the seller could not supply the item he sold. Please be aware of my situation before you buy or sell on bidorbuy, something is horribly amiss with their administration.
