Good day.

on Monday 29 July 2013, I placed 2 seperate orders ref # 100854964 and 100854980. I paid for the orders via internet banking, and the order for ref #100854964 went through successfully. An error was returned when I paid for the second order. I contacted netflorist, and they asked me to send through proof of payment. I emailed the proof of payment to the [Email Removed] (my account was debited with the 2 amounts). I never received any feedback and proceeded to call again on Wednesday. The call agent took my contact details, but no one returned my call. I emailed netflorist on Thursday with my query, stating that the service was unacceptable.
It is now Monday, almost a week later, and my flowers haven't been delivered, AND I am still waiting for someone to contact me...
