The last two orders I have placed through NetFlorist have not left a very nice taste in my mouth.

I placed two orders on the 2nd of August (order numbers: 100859180 and 100859185). Order number 100859185 was only delivered on 5 August 2013 and order number 100859180 was delivered on 15 August 2013. I faxed through the proof of payments quite a few times to only then phone NetFlorist on 15 August to moan about the service and only then was order number 100859180 released after a lengthy telephonic conversation (unfortunately I cannot remember all the people I spoke to on that day).

I have now had another situation wherein we made a payment on 27 September 2013 under order number 100904659 (the order number was also quoted as a reference when payment was made), proof of payment was faxed to 0865324389 before noon yesterday, only to find out that you could not locate the proof of payment and the order had not been delivered to the recipient. Yet again I had to phone and complain and was requested to fax proof of payment to 0865324658 which I might add is not on your confirmations you email when someone places an order.

Currently I will not recommend Netflorist to anyone
