Fist and last Time I am Using Netflorist

I Ordered Flowers on the 27th for my wife on Netflorist, not wanting any hassel I did a direct eft to their bank and emailed the proof of payment so there is no issues. I am not someone that often buy my wife flowers and really wanted to do this for her as she has been feeling this week. I checked the online tracker today the 28th and it says order being processed, I don't understand as I ordered yesterday paid for today delivery and should have gone out this morning. I phoned at 11 and the lady said that's weird as it should be on the list already and she would make sure it goes out when drivers come in, about 30 min she said, I phoned again at 13:30 as the website still states order being processed, and the lady there Launa said it is going out today but she can not guarantee what time, This is unacceptable as my wife only works till 15:00 if I know how incompetent Netflorist was I would have done what I always do and go to a florest and get a bunch, Another thing answering your phone system with Gay Man's voice "Hallo you have reached date line and press 1 if you where a bad boy does, not boast well for any business as I put the phone down twice thinking it was the wrong numbe
