Netflorist Misses a Birthday Surprize

I am a first year student in Potchefstroom. I ordered 15 red roses for my mother on the 23rd of April 2013 for delivery on the 24th. I sent the proof of payment together with my order on the same day. Yet Netflorist claimed that they did not receive it. I had to go to the bank on the 24th to get a reprint of the proof of payment and faxed it to them again straight after. Yet my mother's birthday has come and gone, but yet still no flowers. Phoned again today only to be told that the order has still not been dispatched because they haven't received the proof of payment. I confirmed the fax number with Christopher and Niki, both confirmed that the number was correct. Now they request that the proof of payment be emailed rather.

Netflorist - if your business is not geared for EFT payments, rather be upfront with your clients and say so, clearly you're not - in either case.

Thanks for ruining my shopping experience and confidence in you. You have let me down and I am extremely disappointed.
