[URL Removed] took my money

I purchased a server from [URL Removed] and waited for over 24 hours for a service response from them, but they were not forthcoming. Hence, the next day I cancelled the server with them and they replied telling me to cancel from my control panel. The control panel did not have a cancellation option. To my surprise, two days later they debited my credit card despite my request for cancellation. I enquired about the debit from my credit card and they replied after five days telling me that they do not offer a money back guarantee. Yet on their website they clearly state that 'if you are not 100% happy, we offer a Full 90 Day Money Back Guarantee'. Now I am furious, because they took my money and they do not want to refund my money.
