Bad attitude and horrible service EVER!!!

Recently decided to cancel my credit card. I called to the call centre & the gentleman I spoke to advised that he can see that full payment has been made & that the service would be cancelled. on the 30/10/113 African bank debit my account of R340, I called & advised that I asked for the service to be cancelled why are they still taking, money from my account?! The agent advised me that its because I never submit a cancellation request, I mention that I did & I don't think I should be paying R340 for a card that I don't plan on using. After long hours of struggling, I discovered that I owed R240, so technically R100 was owed to me. I proceeded with a cancellation. African Bank called me a few days later & offered me the option of paying R100 proving that I don't use the card and 10% owing of whatever I decide to use. I Accepted the offer, yet R340 is being debit from my account, I find myself explaining the same situation every time I call. I called in about 6 times and was promised a call back and no one has called, Afletha was so rude, She started shouting and when I asked to speak to a manger she just handed the phone back to the other agent. Worst service ever.
