Refund for a cancelled booking ref. 672752141

On 24th October I booked accommodation in Capetown Harbouredge apartments through [URL Removed] website for my daughter. I then cancelled the booking on the 31st October and on the website it is stated clearly that there is no cancellation fee. after 74hours of the claim I called in because the money was not on the account, they told me it takes 7 -10 days for the refund to be processed. I waited for the 10 days and the money was still not there (still not reversed back to the account). I have been sending emails and call almost everyday demanding my money back and [URL Removed] informed me that they spoke to Harbouredge and the money was reversed and when I checked on the account again the money wasn't there. They asked for my bank statement as a proof that the money indeed went off from the account but still after the proof was sent still the refund is not made. I feel so disgusted, frustrated, inconvenienced and ripped off. because I need to use the money for some other things, funny how they deduct the money in seconds but when you need your money back it takes weeks as if you're asking for your own money. I have now decided to hand over the issue to lawyers which I pay every month
