I have been with afrihost for almost a year and this is the first time i EVER got such terrible service. I also could not get any Managers or Directors on the phone to discuss my complaints.

I have been struggling with their shared server package due to memory limitations (which was not specified) and decided to speak to a sales person and find the right solution for me and my clients. After which i decided to purchase the Dedicated Cloud Option. At purchase i was giving only the selection of operating systems and did not indicate wether there is a control panel or not... No, after the purchase and 4 days of waiting i recieved a email stating all my details including in small print (SSH ONLY). Now as a person without any ssh experience this is not going to work.

After that i enquired and after a huge struggle with support for 3hours i got confirmation that a control panel will be added for a EXTRA R190. I then agreed to get it done. After that, incorrect domain information was given, transfer of my company domain lead to the site not working and also had to pay R900 EXTRA to get another domain on the same server fixed... but still there are errors... What is going on at Afrihost?
