Refusing to cancel their offe

Thobani Resha of Hostelstay called my husband with the Hospitality offer that they are selling. My husband was driving and he asked me to answer the phone. Thobani told me about their offer, and he wanted our details and I gave him the details and then when my husband heard that I am giving them the Credit Card details, he took the phone and said No I should not agree to this without informing him. Then he said we will discuss and get back to them. We discussed and decided not to take the offer, and when we spoke to Thobani saying we are no longer interested he told us that he has already captured the information in the system. But I told him that he said to me we can cancel within 7 days after we have taken the offer but now we have not even taken the offer because we did not agree to it so why is he going ahead with it whereas we are telling him that we do not want it. The mistake that we did was to provide them with our details before agreeing to the offer. And now he says we can only cancel after 14days when we have received the documents and card.
