I ordered a Classic Male Box on the eBucks website for my husband, who is celebrating Father's Day for the first time this year. I ordered it on Tuesday the 11th, just before 12. System allowed me to I selected the next day as delivery. On Wednesday late afternoon when the package did not arrive, I phoned the call center. I was told by the agent it could take 3 days. When I mentioned the option to select delivery date, the agent acted as if she knew nothing of it. She offered to escalate it, but I would not get feedback for 48 hours, as I assumed, that my parcel would at worst be delivered on Thurday, I left it. Its now Friday and still nothing. When I called the call center again today I was informed this should have been delivered the next day. They would escalate and I would get a call when item was delivered. Thats great, eventually, sometime, in the weeks to come eBucks' service provider will get their finger out and deliver, meantime, thanks to this slip up from eBucks, my husbands first Father's Day is ruined. The initial call center agent should have known there was an error and sorted it out 2 days ago. This is not acceptable to me! VERY DISAPPOINTED by the service!
