Another Rubybox disappointment

I hate having to complain about a company repeatedly but Rubybox seems to ignore their customers and have no sense of customer loyalty or service orientation.
I placed 2 orders on the 6th of June and delivery is promised between 2 and 5 days. Last Tuesday (11th) Coleen promised in writing that my 2 orders will be dispatched the next day. Still my orders are nowhere to be found and on the system says "ON HOLD' Meanwhile monies have been taken off my account.
I have sent, e-mails, called and left voicemails but no luck... there are times when one holds on to the phone line for 20 minutes and above and no response? Hire more staff if you need to... BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Highly annoyed!
