Bay Point Trading
FIRED FOR NO REASON

I am writing this article so that people can be aware of the shocking behaviour that Bay Point treats their staff. I am a white male that was working for the company for almost 2 years when this incident happened. I was working as a Freelance Blogger - basically Bay Point will get clients in and I have to type blogs for them. I had about 8 clients that I was blogging for. Every month I have to check with Lauren if I can continue blogging for the every client - she never ever gets back to me with the information. So last month I worked my off and put together awesome work. Then I hand in my invoice to her (break down of all the work I completed) and showed her all the work I had done. Bay Point pays their bloggers a very low wages as it so I was only going to get about R1000 that month. She then told me that most of my clients had not paid for a blog that month so as a result I was only going to get paid R375 that month. She only told me this right at the end of the month. I told her it was unfair that she was doing this and that I needed my full salary She then fired me. I strongly am advicing anyone to not make use of Bay Point Trading and do not do work through Lauren Pontes
