Billed no delivery then billed again

I was very excited when I signed up for Rubybox in April. At the end of April, my account was debited with no hassle. I called Rubybox to advise them that I will be moving and would like to know when I could expect my delivery. I was advised that I will receive my delivery by no later than the 15th of May. The 15th came and went I did not receive my delivery. On the 16th I called and asked when the delivery would be made & I was advised it would be on the morning of the 17th.on the 17th I wanted until 12 then called again and was advised the driver will be there between 1 and 4 pm. After having parked by the side of the road waiting all morning I told the consultant I wasn't willing to wait any longer and that I would like a refund and my subs cancelled. The agent advised me that she will arrange for that.

I really would like a refund if you cannot deliver on time. Because sitting around for a delivery that doesn't happen is annoying.
