RTT
Still waiting for my delivery

I would like to express my disappointment with RTT Courier services. I received an sms on the 14th October confirming that i will receiving my delivery on the 15th. I had to stay home the entire day waiting for my delivery from 8am. I couldn't go to any of my business meetings, I had to wait home for the delivery that never came. I call their call centre 0115521491 five times on the 15th and i was told that my delivery will arrive before 5pm. shortly before 5pm I called them again and i was advised that the driver was held up at another client but he is on his way. (no one came)
on the 16th same story I had to phone them I was told that my package is slightly bigger so they can't user a scooter, they are waiting for a delivery car. I am still waiting for courtesy call advising me of the delay so that i can get on with my life and do my business. (I'm not sure who to blame here MTN or RTT)
All in all poor service
