I placed a delivery for last week Friday for a very important client, I then called the call centre twice to confirm the time of delivery of which I was informed it would be delivered same day which was not the case. I attempted to call the call centre numerous time but the phones go unanswered and I am forced to endure an annoying "Harold". Finally i am told on Monday that the delivery will take place, already frustrated i requested a cancellation when Melwayne insisted he would contact the client directly and apologize for the confusion and keep me informed as to when the delivery would be made- this did not happen, I had to phone on Tuesday and request confirmation of the items being delivered. When i then contacted my client to ensure she had received it she informed me the delivery did not contain a card and she did not know who it was from. Completely pointless exercise thanks to the inefficient Net florist whom I will never use again and will be certain to inform my colleagues who frequently order client gifts. Thank you Melwayne and co.
