I have recently had the pleasure of dealing with Melwayne Davis.

We logged on to the client portal ordered a small arrangement for a friend in hospital (ICU). I received a phone call from Melwayne notifying me that the Hospital did not allow the flowers to be left there due to hygiene and infections that the patients could suffer from. (makes sense now that i know this)

Melwayne then offered to have the flowers delivered to a different address so that the intended recipient could still have the joy of having flowers given. This to me is great as he could have just said: we cant help you and made it my issue...
