Having just moved back from the UK, i decided to give the online shopping a try as was so used to doing overseas and would save me time and queues.

First order was delivered on time and i thought wow this is great - boy was I wrong,
I did an order for some food and a few gifts for kiddies parties I had on the weekend, to be delivered between 6pm-8pm on the Friday eve. I got a call from the store to say a few of the items were not in stock which I said was fine, they can substitute. Anyway, delivery arrives, and 4 items - (the presents) are not delivered, and the delivery guys know nothing about them. Check my bank statement on the Monday and I have been charged for them. I call the call centre, they say they can organise re-delivery for the Tuesday - fine, Tuesday comes, not delivery. Call again, am told they will phone the driver and call me back, no call back. I call on Wednesday and request a refund. Am told refund will be made - week later still no refund

I am so surprised by the bad service I will never use online shopping again.
