Non payment after 9 years premiums to DISCOVERY

They said my premiums are paid in arrears and will not pay out. Discovery is a bad joke I was stupid to waste my money with a company like this. Paid thousands in premiums. Now I understand why the Ombudsman always has to intervene on thousands of occasions AS IF THE INSURANCE COMPANY DID NOT KNOW THAT THEY SHOULD PAY UNTIL FORCED TO BY THE OMBUDSMAN
