Discovery - what a rip off

In December I went to the pharmacy to get my husbands monthly medication as we were going away for 3 weeks, the pharmacist to me that because it was within 20 days of getting his last lot the only way to do it was to pay cash and claim when we got back. I did then 2 weeks ago and typical Discovery I heard nothing from the. I have just called them only to be told I will not get my money back as it was within 30 days of his last medicine. How are you supposed to get your medicine if you are away. Just another way we are constantly getting ripped off the them. Premiums increased in January by more than 13%, but your benefits dont increase by the same!!! but boy try claim and there are thousands of excuses. So tired of them
