No response at call centre

Good day

I wanted to get preauthorisation for my son's surgey for 7 May. I called 0860998877 and after following the voice prompts, I was put on hold for 45 minutes. As I write this, I still have not been helped. I eventually had to put the phone down as I could not wait another minute.

I truly find this shocking for a call centre. Please improve your service.
