When will discovery lean to follow thru!!

Oh my I am just so tired of discovery as a hole every department as problem and promises and I never here back!! I had my car insured with discovery and was told I would have a d track I stalled in to my car I payed my premiums as I do never been late or behind when I was trading my car in on a new one! I called 1 in almost 2 years to fins out where my car was! 45 min later and they still did not know! And 3 days later still not hence I want to know since they were meant to have put one in and I paid for so long how do they know how much petrol I use and so on as well as I was promised that when I got my new car I would get a call from them stating that this is the premiums u paying but cause of or gross miss management of your car we will give u this discount well I have not received the call nor the discount I was promised! And there are just so many other complaint about this company I really don't know we're to start! Fed up is not even the right words to say I have called e mailed threaded to move all of my things and still nothing! Yet besides the cell phone all my money goes to them DISCOVERY oh and rates and water and lights. I just. Don't know what to do
