Heart patient refused consultation over R350

Arrived at my Cardiologist for check up and still had an outstanding bill of R350 out of the initial bill of R1350, I was asked to Leave the rooms unless I paid - this after I had expalined to the receptionist the day before I need to discuss my bill with the Doctor and make a repayment plan - but no obviously money now has more value than life in our SA. Trust me I was shocked I agree the man was due monies but this I acknowledge and was going to pay but goodness to send you away when your pacemakers battery is running out! Drastic
