I was admitted for a gynae op & have the following complaints from the short time that I was in the hospital: 1) Failure to administer pre-op medicines - so that I was then more aware of everything 2) the Nurses bell failed to work 3) the nurses could not problem solve so that I had a bell - there seemingly was no manual bell and all I had to do was YELL AND SCREAM to get their attention the first time - WELL DONE, you outshone yourselves with lack of ingenuity here 4) on a trip to the bathroom after the op, I asked for a maternity pad and was told "did you not bring" to which I replied that I had brought the traditional type with adhesive - as I was pantiless - how could I attach this!!! Was not given a second pad - BUT DID SEE THAT YOU CHARGED ME for this - surprised you did not charge me for the blood that leaked all over the floor on the way back to the bed nor for the blood that was smeared all over the sheet - hey I did warn you I needed a pad 4) And NO I DO NOT WISH TO SHARE A TWO BED WARD WITH THE OTHER PATIENTS HUSBAND 5) DO NOT SEND YOUR USUAL RESPONSE AS I SENT A COMPLAINT THRU OFFICIAL CHANNELS & NO response for over 6 weeks?
