I have saver series plan I went to see the GP under their doctor's Network list they don't settle the full amount at all they want an ICD10B24 code from the Doctor before they pay the doctor I did send it they said I ran out of MSA but according to my plan I have extend day -to-day cover without MSA, I used 3 visits out of 4 GP visits I have registered for Chronic Care condition but still they don't settle the bill in full I went to a lab it's also not fully settled my Doctor has referred me to the hospital they approved it but the Doctor is not paid for consultation I asked will the hospital bill be paid in full they told me only if it's on their list of medication I mean I have an unlimited hospital plan with no overall limit my concern is how come they approve the hospital stay but they don't pay the Doctor who is on their list. I have already spoken to Boitumelo, Pravesh, Dalia and the lady who approve hospital she says the hospital can approve stay without their knowledge I didn't get my answer from all of them after a 30min call on the 26/09/2013 I am still in the dark I even met their Rep he can't answer me I get a different answer from all of them I am disgusted
