I want my money. I canceled this thing last year in October and you didn't refund me for the debit orders that was done by your company. A lady named Virgie promised me to give me all my money which that time was R620. She pressure me stay on the policy by dragging the cancellation process. When she did cancel it i didn't get my money. Its now 6 months since the "cancellation" i still didn't get my money and on the 28/04/2013 they. debited R210 in my account. I want my money. To date R830 has been taken by this company which doesn't pay me back or send letters. I want all my money. Why do you respond to our complains if you not going to refund a person. I want my money.
