Goodday, This is my third complain for premier advantage, i have requested cancellation of the account and the cancellation was apparently done since they emailed me a cancellation letter, i have requested a refund of the money taken out of my account due to double debits, i was assured that the money will be transferd back into my account, there was no money paid to date, today i get an sms from my bank notifying me of yet onether debitoder from premier advantage, can someone please tell me what is going on with this company, i have been calling the call centre to find out what is happening and i find no joy, i have send in emals and there is no help at all, Can please request that you take out my details from your data base and return my money, these is totaly unacceptable honestly, i have proof that u have cancelled the account how do you go back and debit my account again? i am very disgusted with the way you people conduct business its so unprofessional please remove me and pay back my money.
