BAD SERVICE!!!

I am tired of waiting for Hifi corporation to give me back money that was taken off my account. I was retrenched October last year and inform them about it. I gave all the documentation somy Account protection plan can pay off the rest. That was done, except Hi-Finance took money off in November and a refund was promised. Now, April 2013 and I still struggle to get that refund from f the branch. I don't care how this is done, but I now want head office to refund me my money. I refuse to go to the branch any more. I have to wait for them to have cash and if they don't, then I don't get my money. I refuse to keep on calling them. I even expect Hifi corporation to pay for the calls made to the branch. I expect head-office to have this money in my account by tomorrow. it didn't take you this long to the money out of my account. Thats what you did. You the money - the insurance paid the rest off so you just had to make an extra R890. In my life I will never support this company again. I want my money and I want it by tomorrow. IN MY ACCOUNT. Kashen was suppose to help me again today - just a pity he didn't mention he will not be in today.
