DELAY IN REFUND OF UNAUTHORISED DEDUCTIONS

Sometime in January I took up 2 health Insurance policies with One Plan Group via the Internet with specific instructions that debit orders go through certain dates. My account was debited on the wrong date from day one and I gave the company space to fix the problem by forward-dating both policies to 01.05.2013 with the 1st deductions running through on 15.05.2013. This was never done and double debit orders were still sent on the wrong dates again, wrecking havoc to the account that was supposed to be paid with that money. I then contacted One Group and instructed them to cancel both policies as they would never get anything right and refund my money. I have now used all my airtime trying to get just a date as to when I can expect my money, Each time I call I have to speak to a new person and give my details all over again without much help.
