Delyse Wade Co-ordinators
EXTREME DISSAPPOINTMENT WEDDING CO-ORDINATION

My husband and I cannot express how extremely disappointed we are with the service we received on behalf of our appointed wedding co-ordinator from Delyse Wade Co-ordinators especially the co-ordination on our wedding day as our co-ordinator appeared amongst all others to be completely lost and unprepared. None of the duties outlined in the contract, briefs provided or instructions were fulfilled, and to charge over R6000.00 for thecomplete package as a special but doing absolutely limited organisation contrary to the service proposed to us in the contract. The build up after appointing the stated co-ordinator appeared awe-inspiring which caused much anticipation for the manner in which guests would be managed and co-ordination of the function, however failing to properly brief waitresses or control the function and responsibilities had as a result left us with much anger, disappointment and wasted costs. After our wedding in April 2013 and a letter of dissatifaction with services received contrary to our contract thereafter, we have still not received a response, explaination or apology which is absolutely pathetic conduct and misleading to a consumer as a service provider.
