WILD CARD RIP OFF - NON DELIVERY

I purchased a wild card on the 1'st of May 2013 and its now the 6'th of November 2013 and I still do not have delivery of my card. I purchased a wild card the previous year as well and never received the card at all for the entire year. To make use of the wild card you have to carry a piece of paper and your ID book, not very convenient. I have made several calls and emails but it has not resulted into anything!!

After discussing this with friends I have discovered that this seems to be a common thing, they too have never received their actual cards!! It seems to be acceptable for this supplier not to deliver!! Oh and when you phone the call centre, good luck to you!!

This service is TOTALLY unacceptable!!!
