WRONG SUPPLIER MENTIONED- DR JJ COETZER /BONITAS

Dear Sir.
Regarding compained logged against Dr J J Coetzer is incorrect, it should read BONITAS MEDICAL AID.
As the complained was wrongly submitted, it should be BONITAS who has still not settled the account to Dr J J Coetzer for treatment date 04/05/2011 that should be addressed regarding this matter, as various attempts failed to produce any satisfaction towards Dr J J Coetzer who rendered a medical service towards a active BONITAS MEMBER at the date mentioned.
In my opinion BONITAS should came up with a answer a.s a.p as this matter is now dragging for very long time.
As can be seen from the previous report it was a very small error that ended up in such a huge loss of money towards Dr J J Coetzer from BONITAS MEDICAL AID.
