During January Spec-savers had a promotion of bye one get one free. Made the appointment and the Branch was most helpful. When the eye test was done the asst who took down all my details told me that part of the promotion was that I will receive a free cool bag. Unfortunately there are no stock, but they should have more stock within the next two weeks, and she will phone me to collect.
At the beginning of April, I phoned to hear what happened to my cool bag but to my my horror the asst said there was no such promotion of free cool bags and I must phone Head Office. I refused and demand to speak to the manager, but she said the manager will phone me after she took my number, (which was in the "cool bag" book)
Needless to say I am still waiting for the Manager to phone me One month later.
