Endless followups still no response

At the end of last year I contacted your callcentre regarding my chronic medication for my cholesterol as we changed our plan from the basic to the core saver. The agent (Jully?) advised me that I will need to go for blood test and get new approval in order to continous with my medication on the new option.
so in January 2013 I went to the Dr. had blood tests done and my Dr. & myself completed the required chronnic forms as my Dr. submitted it to Bankmed. After the Dr.'s rooms confirm that the medication has been approved in mid February I went to Dischem to hand in my prescription in order to get my meds. The chemist than advise me that she got I response back to say "not authorised so they had to put it through on my savings. I then contacted you call centre on Monday and after an 30 minute call the agent just advised that Dischem need to reverse claim and resubmit via chronic, which once again same response. I've call bankmed for a 2nd time - 30 min call on Tuesday and spoke to a Zandi and ask her to resolve the matter as I'm being send from pillar to post and advised to send me an email as I a call centre agent. yet still no response!!! Pleased resolve this matter A.S.A.P
